FILLERS VS. BOTOX®: WHICH IS BETTER FOR THE EYE AREA?
Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvéderm are the most commonly used fillers for treating under eye hollows and bags. Eyelid fillers for eye wrinkles can be very effective. However, certain types of wrinkles won’t respond as well. Eyelid filler between the eyes for frown lines isn’t usually recommended. BOTOX® will be needed to relax the muscles that cause these wrinkles.
Eyelid fillers for improving volume loss under the eyes is much more effective, but cheek filler for eye bags is sometimes used as a treatment method for puffy bags.
